Shipping & Delivery
Rush Shipping: Expedited delivery services are available through FedEx for U.S. orders, and Global Express Mail for International orders for additional shipping fees. (Rates and delivery times vary, and are specified within the shopping cart page at time of purchase. Rush shipping services are not included in our free shipping offer. Note To Customers: Federal Express does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders for 2nd day delivery service processed for shipping on Thursdays or Fridays WILL NOT ARRIVE until the following Monday. The same applies to Next Day services purchased on Fridays or Saturdays. Refunds will not be given for FedEx shipping services that are delayed do to weekends and holidays.

Returns & Replacements
Returned items must be received with all original product packaging and in new condition to be accepted. We do not accept return of any items that show evidence of having been used by the customer in any way. Items with missing or broken pieces will also be denied return. All items kept more than 30 days from the date of purchase are considered accepted by the customer and the sale final. Items returned that violate our policies or do not meet our guidelines will be returned to the customer, and no credit or exchange will be issued. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) prior to sending your return. To receive your Return Authorization Number, please email the full name listed on the order, order date, order number, and list all items you wish to return. Ordering
Order Processing: Orders are processed as they arrive, and are shipped out on the next business day, typically within 24 hours, which means your merchandise will get to you faster with Trailblazer Gear. (Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped the following Monday morning.)
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment must be received before orders are shipped. Due to industry trends, availability and pricing on all items are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. The price on the date you place the order is your price for the merchandise. From time to time we will run special promotions which have specific time periods. In order to take advantage of any of these promotions, your order must be place and payment received before the expiration of the promotional period.
